**Project Associate/Manager (Launch & PMO)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Account Review Management**: Lead the coordination of business account reviews by consolidating inputs and performance metrics from multiple workstreams.

Maintain a regular cadence for reporting and presenting account health to senior stakeholders.Ensure alignment across departments to deliver a unified view of account performance and areas for action.

**2. Project Management Support**: Provide project management support, from presales to initiation, and planning through execution.

Create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, Gantt charts, risk logs, status updates, and stakeholder communications.Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, monitor progress against milestones, and proactively manage risks or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables. Support adhoc projects as assigned
- **3. Process Optimization and Maintenance**: Support in analyzing existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Develop scalable processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Partner with internal teams to implement process enhancements and monitor effectiveness over time.Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating tools, templates, and frameworks for efficiency.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management in a business, technology or operations setting.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project). Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid methodologies in matrix project organisations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey information to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

**Preferred Qualifications**: Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, or equivalent).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
