Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all correspondence and organises contacts for the sales team.
- Data entry tasks for the sales team - maintaining and updating of customer records.
- Prepare proposals and agreements.
- Assist with reports for the department.
- Assist with coordinating with Room Controller on showroom keys and familiarisation trips, site inspections when required.
- Conduct telesales activities.
- Other ad-hoc duties, such as assisting with travel functions, business functions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year working experience within customer service and/or sales administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Team player who is self-starter, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Ability to think innovatively in developing and implementing solutions.
- Meticulous with high degree of initiatives and resourcefulness.
