**Job Description**:
The Executive, Human Resource is part of the Human Resource Team supporting all aspects of recruitment, employee performance and development, employee engagement, rewards and benefits as well as off-boarding. He or she will report to the Manager, Human Resource. The job responsibilities include the following:- Responsible for the general update and maintenance of the staff personnel e-pfiles in Workday System- Be an employee advocate and look after the welfare of the staff- Assist in employee engagement activities and employer branding activities- Engage in performance management of staff and provide support to managerial staff in this aspect, such as staff disciplining and counselling etc- Business partner at least 2 Ascott Singapore properties, manage all staff matters of that property and provide advisory to Property Head on Employment Legislation -Verify and process e-invoices- Perform any other duties as and when required by the management

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent
- Good verbal and written English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, high sense of integrity, customer-orientated (internal and external)
- Self-motivated
- Ability to independently and work well in teams
