**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support senior traders in daily trading activities including market research, trade execution, and contract management.
- Monitor market trends, prices, and relevant news to provide insights and trading strategies.
- Assist in managing trade-related documentation, contracts, and shipping schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the development of client relationships and business opportunities.
- Manage risk exposure and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong interest in commodity markets, with a basic understanding of trading fundamentals.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Prior experience in trading or commodity markets is a plus but not mandatory.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with global stakeholders.
