- Providing onsite support to tackle office and staff physical IT issues
- Engage with users and provide specific quick turnaround solution
- Provide IT technical guidance as necessary
- Provide IT-related documents (e.g., workflow)
- Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes
- Problems accessing to network resources Administration
- Solving user's PC and printing problems.
- Laptop / computer / IT Inventory control and update
- PC tuning
- Other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate, Freelance

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
