**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Guide and coordinate production, processing, and distribution of Philippines cake and pastry
- Develop budgets for materials, labour and human resources to ensure that they are used efficiently and meet production targets
- Evaluate progress schedules and daily production order. Make decisions and judgement on daily operations such as inventory and staff allocation while considering budgetary and time constraints
- Review operations and determination for continuous drive for improvement in technical or management skill sets to solve production or process problems
- Hire, train, evaluate staff and resolve manpower and operation overhead costs
- Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control procedures
- Develop and maintain production reports personnel records
- Set up and supervise product standards, work directly with internal departments, ensure the finished product meet company standards and requirements
- Develop and implement production and quality control system, analyse reports on products, quality management, maintenance and other operations and identify production problems.
- Assist in compiling and identifying issues that potentially Impact production process
- Compile data for aggregate reporting on regular basis
- Assist in preparing and collecting data for product item performance reporting
- Perform any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience - Team / Operational management experience, hands-on production of Philippines cake and pastry
- Specific skills - Technical and analytical knowledge in production process and operation, communication, problem solving
- Personal characteristics - Forward-thinking, resourceful, team-spirit
- Working hours - Office hours
