**About the Department**:
The **Technology and Operations **function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Practice Lead will be responsible for Driving Agile practice adoption across the Biz + GTO projects
- Responsible for ongoing review of development methodologies with focus on continuous improvement & simplification
- Manage the Agile Tribe Coaching Practice including all documentation within this space
- Work closely with the SDM Lead for ongoing review and maintenance of SDM and to drive curation and improvement of SDM governance & framework.
- Evaluate and measure the success and maturity of Agile practices. Providing regular reports to key stakeholders and senior technology management
- Manage onboarding of teams and key stakeholders into the agile ways of working.
- Support teams to become Agile ‘literate’ and continuously ascend the Agile maturity curve
- Promote usage of right Agile tools across GTO projects working closely with DevOps team
- Understands Waterfall projects and know possible ways in bringing Agile adoption into these projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Evidence of creating an Agile practice strategy and follow through with its successful implementation
- Successful track record of managing Agile transformation program/projects (Preferably SAFe)
- Have led and managed Agile coaches.
- Expert in using common agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins etc.
- Excellent Stakeholder management & Communication Skills - to all levels of the organization, in an authentic, clear and concise manner (verbal and written)
- Passionate and highly motivated, delivery focus
- Process engineering (eg. - Lean, Six-Sigma Black Belt, CMMI)
- Experience in Banking or a similarly highly regulated sector
- Have min 10 years experiences leading project delivery across technology platforms.
- SAFe Agile & PMI certified
