Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Vice President of Sales, APAC, to join our organization. The responsibilities of the VP of Sales include overseeing the daily sales activities of the entire APAC sales team, meeting with major clients, reporting on Sales KPIs, designing effective sales strategies, and building a best in class sales force.

To be successful as a VP of sales, you should have good leadership skills and the ability to drive company success. Ultimately, a top-notch VP of sales should have an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products and have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

What You'll Do:
- Identify where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.- Work in all areas of the APAC region, including opening new offices throughout the region.- Recruit and hire sales staff.- Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.- Outline and manage sales budgets.- Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals.- Monitor the market and competitor products and activities and provide detailed sales forecasting.- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.- Create sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.- Establish and maintain key customer relationships.- Represent the company within the region at customer, partner and events.

What You'll Bring:
- Thorough understanding on GTM strategies and route-to-markets for all areas with the APAC theater- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.- Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.- Minimum of 10 years experience in a sales leadership position.- Minimum of 4 years experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software. Cyber Security experience preferred but not required.- Minimum of 4 years experience in a senior leadership role.- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
