**VACANT POSITION**: Financial Analyst

At RTG/ SOLUTIONS, we don’t just blindly follow traditional “best practices”. We focus on finding the right solutions, accounting for both speed and effectiveness.

We are seeking ambitious and motivated talent to help our luxury clients throughout Asia with financial planning and analysis, allowing their organisations to make well-informed commercial decisions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with team to learn about the client’s business challenges to understand their business needs; interview company personnel.
- Analyze current and past internal company data such as financial statements and sales forecasts to uncover trends and insights for clients.
- Analyze current performance, larger market data and market trends.
- Working with the consulting team to develop long term commercial plans.
- Develop or improve existing client financial models that may improve financial growth.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Over 5 years of related experience in a management consulting firm.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. CPA/MBA preferred having corporate finance knowledge.
- Must have extremely strong MS Excel expertise.
- Strong grasp of numerical analysis, experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
- Ability to manage complex multi-phased projects.
- Problem solving and strategic planning ability.
- Experience working with premium/luxury brands a plus.

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month
