The platform started in Hong Kong in 2016 and launched into our first overseas market in Singapore in 2021. We are looking for talented people who are hungry to learn and contribute to our team. - Manage order fulfillment, order picking & packing and tracking of inventory.
- Product photography, loading products to website, studio assistance
- Deliver customer service and manage customer experience as a Retykle brand ambassador, drive awareness around sustainability and concept of circular fashion.
- Assist in offline events such as pop-up events.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience with e-commerce, retail operations and/or logistics a plus
- Interest in technology, fashion, e-commerce, and/or sustainability
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture.
- Enthusiasm for creating efficient processes and solving problems.
- Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, hands-on with organisation skills
- Fluent in English
