- We are looking for a curious, driven Business Analyst to join our SEAO Regional Team, as part of the Business Controlling department. This role is responsible for driving overall business performance reporting, analysis, and data intelligence for the region. You will be required to work closely with various functions in the team to provide them performance review and reporting, data analysis and insights of the retail sales, inventory forecasting, consumer insights to drive strategy and action plans for the region and market level. You should be passionate about skincare and retail, have a curious and analytical mind, love problem-solving and most importantly enjoys being hands-on._

The Business Analyst leads the Southeast Asia Oceania business in all business reporting including monthly management reporting, retail & net sales reporting, stocks and provides actionable and data driven insights for the market and region, by identifying business opportunities through retail performance analysis, CRM analysis and other research platforms.

To succeed in this role, you are a good collaborator that possess strong analytical mind and commercially focused, to constantly review and provide accurate, clear and synthetic business reporting/insights, through automatization and use of appropriate information systems.

**YOUR MISSION** **_____

***Business Reporting**
- Timely delivery of weekly & monthly Sell-in & Sell-out report SEAO.
- Drive the sell-out analysis and reporting by franchise, product and point of sales.
- Ensure timely tracking of retail & sales to target, notifying gaps whenever possible and work with teams to drive action plans to close targets.
- Manage monthly net sales estimate: coordinate with the team, analyze variances vs. Budget and report to HQ.
- Monitor and analyse sales driver budgets progression MTD actuals vs budgets: consistency, discounts, testers, returns.
- Provide monthly flash reporting of business sales performance, including insights and strategic recommendations
- Take ownership of standard reports & presentation, ensuring accuracy & timely delivery, while continuing make improvements.

**Market & Business Intelligence**
- Own and drive monthly reporting for scorecard door and quarterly marketing CRM
- Own and drive brand and competitor analysis on quarterly basis (beauty research) to provide insights and opportunities suggestions to markets

and strategy recommendation.
- Lead market size and business market share projection across the region.
- Lead in ad-hoc business questions to drive product, channel and country sales strategies

**Business Forecasting Analysis**
- Partner with regional marketing to advise and review forecast/potential on animations based on past intel.
- Drive retail sales, cost benefit analysis, scenario modelling on commercial events and launches across the region, pre and post.
- Monthly monitoring and review of country/retailer inventory level to provide country sales teams insights, gaps, opportunity and suggest action plans.

**Budgeting**
- Partner and support Business controller for budget preparation.
- Partner Business controller and regional General Manager for budgeting presentation preparation on budget & revised process (2 times a year) and strategy plan building for the region, by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years of data/business analysis experience preferred.
- Solid analytical and data presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity for stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience on data management, manipulation, analytics & report generation with various technologies ( SAP, Advance Excel, Power BI and data management) is key. Able to manage and run complicated excel spreadsheet
- Strong commercial understanding, preferably with retail experience.
- Reports results/recommendation in a clear and cogent manner. Meticulous with an eye for details and abilities to avoid errors
- Problem solving skills with business acumen
