Our client is a forward-looking premier institution. We are sourcing on behalf of our client for an External Relations Manager, based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate new collaborations for the institution with external parties
- Oversee the planning and management of assigned projects from initiation to completion
- Produce budgetary proposals, implementation plans and project updates
- Initiate and build new contacts for the various programmes and initiatives conducted
- Write project proposals, reports, marketing materials, meeting notes and other related documents
- Coordinate and delegate admin support for local and international committee meetings (minutes writing, tracking actionable etc.) on regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including 5 years in sales
- Excellent communication skills - written, oral and presentation
- Strong research and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in building and maintaining collaborative relationships
- Highly motivated individual with determination to achieve goals
- Demonstrates proactive mentality, and attentive to details
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including planning and prioritisation.
