**Roles & Responsibilities**
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the organisation to ensure efficient operation of office. Assist in routine and advanced duties for organisation including organizing files, create correspondence and prepare reports, sorting mail, preparing invoices etc.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assignment of duties etc.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Manage and produce accurate formal reports.
- Assist Director with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.

- Able to work well within a team-based environment.

- Ability to read, write and speak English.

Skill Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience, Fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat etc
