Develop and implement a comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategy to drive online sales and brand visibility.
- Identify and target new customer segments and markets to expand our customer base.
- Optimize our e-commerce platform to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, search engines) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product development, to create engaging digital content and promotions.
- Utilize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on digital sales and marketing performance for senior management.
- Attending licensing trade shows, workshops, and conferences for networking and understanding current business trends.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant experiences (preferably in electronics) in Marketing & Communications.
- Specialization in Marketing/Business Development/ B2C Marketing or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
- Highly organized, resourceful, meticulous and capable of multi-tasking
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
