Senior HR Consultant

The HR Consultant shall be responsible for all assigned HR projects and lead the steering committee for project implementation. The Consultant shall champion the HR project by collecting data for analysis, formulating of project plan and execute the project in accordance with the approved proposal.
Job Responsibilities
- Study and analyze project proposal by conducting study on existing systems and practices; identify gaps in current practices and possibility of “insertion” improvement plans.
- Define project scope, methodologies and various procedural guidelines for carrying out the project including resources required.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, create milestones and required activities and tasks for each segment of the project
- Develops methods and procedures for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects.
- Research, field study (as necessary) and network with professionals in the similar discipline to conduct feasibility studies.
- Develop framework, models, and processes for each identified improvement initiative.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in driving process harmonization across functions and countries when proposal has been approved.
- Ensure project control and proper documentation of project milestone throughout all project phases - analysis, testing, change management, etc.
- Formation of steering committee for the project and schedule updates through meetings to the senior management, and stakeholders of the progress
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree Majoring in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing HR Projects (full life cycle)
- At least 10-15 years of HR management experience from operational and business partnering aspects and very familiar with various HR processes
- Wide spectrum of HR exposure preferable from mid-size organisations to MNCs background with no less than 200 employees in an international background
- Excellent knowledge with Asia countries’ business human resource systems and practices
- Sound understanding of labour laws in the Asia countries
- Excellent understanding of human resource management systems and
- Prior project management experiences is essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and PMP
- Confident and ability to work independently with given limited resources Eye for detail and good attention to timeline

The position shall be on a contract of twelve (12) months to work on aboves deliveries and outputs. Salary in the field may be just an indicative, further negotiation on the work arrangement and remuneration could be further discussed.
