**Roles & Responsibilities**

To develop the overall local operational strategy and direction for Warehouse and Shipping teams in accordance and alignment with the Company’s strategy
- Ensure smooth planning on day-to-day activities for Warehouse and shipping departments, consulting with senior management when necessary
- To develop/enhance current e-commerce logistics operational strategy
- Initiate, manage and implement new project for e-commerce accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization
