**Sr Specialist, Supplier Management**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to quality support manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supplier performance management to ensure the compliance with cGMP and Quality Management System (QMS) requirement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage supplier qualification and certification
- Lead and coordinate supplier performance related issues and investigation in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Engaged in and support internal / external regulatory audits including post audit actions
- Support change control and management of issues including risks and issues management
- Actively seek opportunities to collaborate with other cross functional teams for continuous improvement
- Coach, develop and support training/ upskilling needs for our quality associates
- Lead and drive site quality culture

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Life Science, Pharmaceutical Science or Engineering or proven relevant experience.
- Min. 4 years of applied professional work experience in the following pharmaceutical work areas: quality operations, quality support and compliance
- Demonstrated experience in change and project management with ability to collaborate with cross functional team for the common goal.
- Experience in quality operations and basic knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance procedures and quality systems especially for Singapore, EU, or US markets
