- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required
- 3-6 years of progressive business experience in finance and accounting with emphasis in multi-country indirect taxation
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite required
- Experience in leading projects preferred
- Exposure to information technology industry is a plus
- Experience in Vertex tax software and Oracle is a plus
- Singapore Major Exporter Scheme Experience is a plus
- General Interbank Recurring Order (GIRO) experience is a plus

**Requirements**:
**Summary of Position**:
The Sr. Tax Accountant, APAC will report to the Sr. International Tax Manager or the Director of Tax. This position is responsible for the indirect tax compliance and reporting of World Wide Technology's (WWT) Asia Pac entities with emphasis on the Singapore and Australian entities. The Sr. Tax Accountant will be responsible for all areas of indirect tax compliance, VAT, GST, DST, etc. This position will assist in overseeing all external relationships and tax issues with vendors, customers, and tax authorities. With the assistance of the Director of Tax and the Sr. International Tax Manager, this position will be responsible for doing the proper tax research and evaluations to legally take tax positions for the company in the Asia Pac regions. This position has a strong potential for growth into a leadership/management position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compliance in all areas of Indirect tax for the Asia Pac Region
- Complete all GST returns for Singapore and Australia
- Oversee tax reconciliations to GL accounts
- Work with 3rd Party Tax firms to assist in tax compliance
- Assist in managing any indirect tax compliance audits for Asia Pac region
- Review all areas of Asia Pac indirect taxation for proper billing to customers
