Tampines, Singapore BlueSG Pte Ltd Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible of the inventories process and management from purchasing to receiving process, ensuring data and supporting documents are tallied and billing for sales of spare parts
- Perform all inventories reconciliation (between 2 software) and to manage/resolve any discrepancies (Resolve issue and deficiencies from the inventory and GL process)
- Responsible for revenue report and revenue reconciliation
- Responsible for month-end accruals, prepayments, IFRS 16 recognition and reconciliation of inter-companies’ transaction and balances
- Prepare and post GL journals and monthly schedules
- Review OMV calculation before vehicle registration
- To complete audit package given by HQ
- Prepare Quarterly GST Submission for BlueSG
- Assist in year-end audit
- Assist in corporate income tax submission
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and external parties
- Assist with ad-hoc projects

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA, CPA equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting work experience, with audit experience
- Experienced and knowledgeable of ERP accounting software
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently, with limited supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
