**Job Description**:
Reporting to Senior Executive/ Manager (Cinnamon & Tembusu), JH is responsible to plan, coordinate, execute, and conduct checks on Term Contractors such as building, plumbing, electrical works, appliances, fire alarm, security services for Cinnamon College, University Town.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assigned Zone:

- Cinnamon College

Duties
- Raise work request and purchase orders
- Check job sheet, good receipts and liaise with finance on payment to vendors
- Carry out routine maintenance inspection
- Attend to resident complaints and queries
- Assess contractor performance and submit reports
- Analyse recurring maintenance issues in assigned zone and proactively work on solutions to mitigate
- Continually explore and implement process improvement measures
- Ensure all fire, health and life safety regulations are being followed in the assigned zone. To ensure all surveillance cameras installed in assigned zone are in good working condition
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Shall possess good knowledge of contract schedule of rates, bill of quantities, building materials, measurements, job procedures and contract requirement.
