**Job Overview**:The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing clients and expanding new client base for the demolition company. The role involves preparing quotations, invoices, and job site progress reports. The Sales Executive will work closely with the site coordinator to ensure smooth project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage existing clients and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Market, promote & educate customers such as turnkey interior designers, QS, renovation contractors and end users.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and invoices for clients.
- Monitor job site progress and prepare regular reports for clients.
- Work closely with the site coordinator to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
- Attend client meetings, understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work.
- Able to understand floor plans and blueprints. Able to perform basic measurement and costing calculations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in interior furnishing, demolition, built and construction environments or related industries would be an added advantage.
- Preferred to have a driving license with own car
- Expected & last drawn salary
- Availability to start work immediately
