The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the Group. This includes managing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring the highest level of efficiency and performance across all Kaer sites.

In addition, he/she will play a pivotal role in partnering the business leaders across functional teams in driving growth, optimising processes and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction that are aligned with the Group’s growth and expansion plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to line with business objectives and drive growth within the region
- Lead and inspire all levels of the operations team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas of improvement
- Allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements while optimising costs and maximising efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance productivity and ensure operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, while mitigating operational risks
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to enhance the overall customer experience
- Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

**To succeed in this role, you must have**:

- Relevant professional qualifications in Engineering, Operations Management, or an equivalent degree, with at least 15 years of experience in operations management, and a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Experience in HVAC is preferred but not required
- Ability to travel within the region when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $14,000.00 per month
