**Responsibilities**:
General Manager shall report to Director and shall have the responsibility to:

- All matters related to Ship Management Division.
- Responsible for ensuring company’s Quality and Safety Policies are implemented in various aspects of operation. Duty towards management of the relevant managed vessels for asset-management and technical management.
- Investigation, research, instruction, and advice about the operation and maintenance.
- Analysis of the operation performance of the vessel, and advice based on it.
- Feedback of maintenance information to new build vessel’s specification.
- Investigation, research, instruction, and advice about maintenance technology and asset-management.
- Overall responsibility for quality control and environmental management within the fleet.
- Co-ordination of vessel’s annual budgets and other operating costs including capital costs.
- Take responsibility for quality control and environmental management within the division.
- Report to the Top Management regarding all aspects of technical matters.
- Review contracts and confirm compliance.
- Setup and implement the company’s Objectives for the division.
- Marine casualty management as per IMS.

**Job Requirement**:

- Minimum 4 years Superintendent and minimum 4 years Fleet Manager experience in LNG ship management.
- Good understanding of various LNG Cargo containment system and Dual Fuel propulsion technologies.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
