**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

Visual Merchandising and Display

1. Prepare floor plan for all visual merchandising displays to be in line with the seasonal theme and Hong Kong Headquarters’ guidelines.

2. Set-up all visual merchandising and promotional displays for seasonal change, promotional programs and ad-hoc events. Prepare VM materials including signage, point-of-sale materials, props etc.

3. Upkeep the high visual merchandising standard at the retail stores at all time.

4. Ensure all visual merchandising materials are delivered according to planned schedule and properly maintained at the stores.

5. Co-ordinate with Buying Department and Retail Operations Team to determine the key focus of the product collection and to determine the range of merchandise for display in stores.

6. Co-ordinate with logistics on transportation of visual merchandising materials from warehouse to stores for seasonal and ad hoc requirements.

7. Co-ordinates with Retail Operations & Leasing Department to prepare and floorplans for Atrium Sales in shopping malls.

8. Liaise with suppliers for the ordering, delivering and producing of VM materials.

9. Prioritize and manage multiple programs within design specifications and budget/timing constraints.

10. Strong in administrative support by ensuring proper documentation for management review and approval.

11. Products shooting for web and press ads.

12. Design creative graphic artworks and for branding, in store, print materials, sales & marketing collateral.

13. Any other projects as assigned by superior.

Renovation works

14. Creative space planning and store layout design.

15. Familiar with store design concept, renovation materials and placement of fixtures.

16. Be the point of contact for liaison with mall management for site requirements and with head quarter for store design updates.

17. Review shop drawings and lighting plans with concerned parties

18. Work with contractors on job completion within scheduled timeline and cost.

19. Compile and rectify renovation defects.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant experience in floor visual merchandising planning/retail display/renovation work
- Proficient in MS Office software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Resourceful, fast and able to work with the team.
