**Your key responsibilities**

The APAC Client Lifecycle Product Owner (PO) reports into the Product Owner Domain Lead in the region and the Tribe Lead globally. The PO manages their respective squad to deliver the defined & prioritised Book of Work across Business, Regulatory and Technical driven deliveries.

The Client Lifecycle PO faces off to a varied range of stakeholders from Client Onboarding teams, Anti Financial Crime teams to COO and Operations teams

It is important for the PO and squad to be able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and accommodate the delivery of a) prioritised and planned change requests as per the defined Agile roadmap b) ad-hoc changes required to meet new regulations / compliance needs or urgent business needs and c) Level 3 support on incidents that may occur in production
- **Strong management skills**: to lead the squad with support of the Scrum Master and the Tribe Lead (Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, IT Application Owners, Developers & Testers etc.) across a variety of deliveries (Business, Compliance / Regulatory & IT)
- **Structured, organized and results oriented**: demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail, ensures high quality and consistency in the deliverables produced
- **Manage stakeholder relationships**: with business, COO office, Business Integrity & Control functions along with IT teams (users, development teams, architecture)
- **Ability to multitask, be flexible**: allocate time according to moving priorities
- **Manage the Book of Work**: prioritise delivery works as well as backlog refinement
- **Define and execute the overall delivery roadmap**: accommodating changing priorities and replanning accordingly
- Ensure alignment and manage (inter) dependencies process with the Tribe Lead, other Agile Tribes & with other contributors including external vendors
- Report on the progresses, risks and issues, escalate to management on a timely manner

**Your skills and experience**
- University degree or equivalent with 12+ years of experience in the Financial Services and Private Banking Industry
- 6+ years in a Change-The-Bank Leadership role: Team Management, Management of Priorities vs Resources, Management of Senior Stakeholders
- Track record as a hands-on business facing delivery Lead, with experience in Client Onboarding, KYC and AML, who has worked with Front-Office stakeholders as well as all actors of the front-to-back chain and vendor management experience
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into deliverables
- Experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment; flexibility in moving between different topics
- Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently and with limited guidance, independent and proactive working method

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
