**About Orbitalum Tools**:
**Position Overview**:

- On the service side, you’ll perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and also train our distributors and end users on how to service and maintain the equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Service & Technical Support
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain orbital cutting and welding machines.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to distributors and end users.
- Conduct technical training sessions for distributors and end users on machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
- Assist in equipment setup, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain detailed service records and feedback reports.

2. Applications Support
- Recommend suitable equipment and settings for specific welding/cutting needs.
- Conduct product demos and hands-on training to show machine capability and performance.

3. Regional & Distributor Support
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to support commercial and technical activities.
- Travel (30-50%) across Southeast Asia and Oceania to support key projects and partners.
- Provide feedback to the global team to improve future product and service performance.

**Requirements**:

- Solid hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience working with technical equipment in industrial, cleanroom, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate confidently in spoken and written English.
- Ability to conduct training and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset.
- Based in Singapore and willing to travel regionally.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or relevant technical field).
- Experience in working with or supporting distributor networks.
- Familiarity with GMP, cleanroom, or high-purity piping industries.
