DESIGNATION : Regional Network Service Engineer (Contract - 2 Years)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**:

- Manage communication and troubleshooting process flow between local and regional (SG/AU/NZ) team to properly manage time-sensitive operational tasks
- Day to day engangement with network changes and operations in local and regional network environment (SG/AU/NZ)
- Analysis of network needs and new technology, product evaluation, POC testing & development projects
- Tier 3 network and services support
- Perform network/service audit, propose solution for unexpected discrepancies
- Capacity management and upgrade program management for national/international network
- Drive to achieve points on all agreed SLA/KPI targets with network partner/supplier
- After-office hour support for mission critical tasks

QUALIFICATIONS
**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you have**:

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
- Experience in management of project management of network infrastructure
- Familiar with network related service, such as: BGP, MPLS, BNG, VPLS, EVPN, QoS, AAA
- Familiar with SNMP, DNS, Radius, TACACS and DHCP
- Planning and system integration experience with Network and supporting Systems, and network monitoring and modelling tools
- 5+ years experience within a Telco/ISP environment
- Solid understanding of OSI layer 2-7 with strong troubleshooting experience in layer 2-4
