**Job Scope: Tuition Teacher cum Personal Assistant**

**Pre-requisite**:
Minimum A for A Math, E Math, H2 Math.

**Expected Commitment**:
Sat and Sun / Sat or Sun 9am-9pm

**Position Overview**:
The Tuition Teacher cum Personal Assistant plays a unique role, combining the responsibilities of a dedicated tuition teacher and a personal assistant to the founder of TDE House. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and a passion for education and supporting individuals. The job scope encompasses both academic and administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the tuition centre and personalized assistance to students.

**Academic Responsibilities**:
**Conducting Tuition Sessions**: Prepare and deliver engaging lessons based on the curriculum, tailored to meet the individual learning needs of students aged 7 to 16 years old.

**Progress Monitoring**: Assess and track students' academic progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized strategies for improvement.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:
**Schedule Management**: Coordinate and manage tuition sessions, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of time.

**Do kindly note**:
**1**: Thorough guidance will be provided to the intern, with clear instructions on how the system will operate
**2**: No prior experience in administrative tasks is required
**3**: Teaching experience not required, but preferred.
