**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver dynamic, engaging, and high-quality lessons to students at various academic levels.
- Design, develop, and enhance lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching resources tailored to student needs.
- Provide personalized tutoring sessions and monitor student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Guide students in IGCSE, IB, and/or AP curricula, helping them prepare for exams with confidence and clarity.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide progress updates and academic recommendations.
- Mentor and support junior tutors in instructional strategies and professional growth.
- Assist in academic workshops, holiday programs, and curriculum enhancement projects.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in private tuition or tuition center settings.
- In-depth knowledge and teaching experience in international curricula (IGCSE, IBDP, AP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and liaise with parents.
- Energetic, engaging, and confident in delivering lessons to different age groups.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and meticulous in lesson planning and student tracking.
