**Our Client**:
Our client is a Japanese Regional HQ that focuses on medical technology for infection control and laboratory uses. The Singapore office also manages the sales and marketing for the Asia-Pacific region. With their high-quality standards, they are well-known in the medical industry. Currently, they are looking to hire a Secretary / Executive Assistant to join their team in Singapore.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
- Handle all private and confidential matters and documentation of the company and the Director
- Scheduling the company's internal/external conference meetings, travel itinerary and other activities
- Assist Managing Director in daily business and administration matters
- Manage an active calendar of appointments, meetings, reports completion, and submission
- Assist in drafting correspondence, writing minutes, preparing presentation slides, etc.
- Assist to organize travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements
- Managing filing systems
- Any other ad hoc duties which the superior may assign from time-to-time
**The Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of Secretarial / Personal Assistant experience
- Proficiency in Japanese is required, to liaise and support the Higher Management on secretarial duties who are native Japanese-speakers
- Meticulous and able to plan / organize efficiently
- Computer literate with ability to use Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
