**Asia Pacific Japan (APJ)** team as
**Head of Public Affairs, APJ** to
**manage regional level leadership communications by means of 360-degree communications.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for executive communication in the Asia Pacific Japan region.
- You support the APJ Leadership team with effective internal and external communication.
- ** Social Media**: Plan and implement social media calendar and draft the posts followed by regularly analysis of performance of the post.
- ** Internal Communications**: Strategies employee communications to primarily cascade management/ company message to employees by various tools & platforms like newsletters, leadership meetings, townhalls etc.
- ** External Communications**: Position the brand via various thought leadership speaker opportunities at trade fairs, conferences, customer events and trade associations.
- ** Media Relations**: Increase the share of voice by various thought leadership media engagements in the region.
- ** Branding**: To understand the brand strategy and implementation of the same in the region.
- You support and drive Marketing activities for the region Asia Pacific Japan like the APJ Leadership Summit.
- You support the implementation of Healthineers strategic priorities and initiatives.
- You will make recommendations for strategic development.
- ** Processes**: To get acquainted with the internal and external processes and formulate a few as required.
- ** Budgeting/ Planning**: To sketch annual plans based on regional strategy, targets, and budget.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You hold a successfully completed Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or Mass Media, preferably MBA or equivalent degree.
- You have at least 12 - 15 years of relevant experience.
- You have practical experiences as intern or trainee in different companies.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Strategic focus & analytical skills. Develop communications strategy based on regional strategy.
- Managing budgets and handling negotiations.
- Creativity and good communication skills - innovative ideas to improve leadership communication.
- Able to coach colleagues and leadership in certain situations.
- Good team spirit that can drive team motivation & target orientation.
- Single handedly managing events.
- Self-motivation & enthusiasm.
