**Responsibilities**:
Advisory & Monitoring
- To provide regulatory and compliance advice to business and control units.
- To develop and update Compliance policies and procedures due to regulatory development.
- To drive projects on designing and establishing compliance framework, controls and processes.
- To proactively review business activities to identify potential regulatory, compliance and reputational risks and escalate issues as and when identified.
- To develop and run programmes and training sessions to promote compliance awareness and good conduct and culture.
- To develop compliance monitoring programme and conduct related monitoring perform.
- To perform related duties as assigned.

Regulatory relationship management
- To act as liaison person to interact with Singapore regulator MAS.
- To coordinate and monitor regulatory inspections, investigations, thematic reviews, inquiries, self-assessments, surveys, questionnaires and consultations to ensure timely and quality submissions.
- To keep abreast of new regulations and disseminate regulatory circulars, press releases and other regulatory developments to management and relevant stakeholders.
- To assist in the co-ordination of internal and external audits.

**Requirements**:

- University graduate with a major in Business, Accounting, Finance or Law preferred.
- At least 6 years of relevant compliance experience in the banking, financial and/or financial assurance / consulting industry and/or regulatory sector.
- Good knowledge of businesses, products, services and clients of a MAS Capital Market Service License holder, understand basic areas regarding daily operation of an asset manager or a financial institution, able to identify where risk may arise.
- Proficiency in rules and regulations applicable to the asset management and wealth management industry in Singapore.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem solver.
- Adequate attention to details to ensure quality of regulatory submissions and management reports.
- Excellent communication skills (Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Native in Mandarin is a good plus) to interact with regulatory officers, internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Team player and strong analytical skills and judgement.
- Ability to learn quickly and to drive changes and/or adapt to them.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
