Job Description

The Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, as you rotate through different departments and gain exposure to various functions across different asset clusters and portfolios. During the program, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and make meaningful contributions to the portfolio through well-structured job rotations.

Program Journey:
- Duration: 12 months- Rotations: Each rotation lasts 4 months and involves hands-on experience in the respective department.- Deployment: On completion of the program, you will embark on a full-time role in one of the Commercial Management departments, where we see potential for you to make significant impact. The opportunity will be based on the opportunity available at point of deployment, your performance, feedback from managers and how well your strengths and aspirations align with the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be supporting the various teams managing the company’s property portfolio which includes but not limited to Retail, Commercial and Business Park & Industrial.- Assist in day-to-day operations of commercial management across various asset types.- Engage with tenants and stakeholders to build and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships- Participate in planning and executing projects related to Commercial Management initiatives.- Support data-driven analysis and maintain precise statistical data for tenant analysis and key reports.- Partner stakeholders to co-create presentations and business cases on tenants' analytics and notable activities.- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.- Contribute ideas for improving processes, services, and tenant experiences within our portfolio.

Job Requirements:
- Graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, Real Estate or equivalent.- Graduating cohort between January 2024 to April 2025.-
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in real estate, with a desire to gain broad exposure across different functions.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work independently.- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
