**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with and report to the Sales Manager to ensure the achievement of sales targets and overall sales activity.
- Develop and generate new markets and leads, actively sourcing databases and building valuable networks.
- Explore and evaluate potential markets and clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, working towards business growth.
- Meet sales targets through the effective execution of sales strategies and action plans.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with clients to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Develop and maintain professional client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or relevant studies.
- 3 years of experience in the related industry.
- Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
- Experience in customer service/sales support is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-organized, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize. Graphic & print-related experience is considered an advantage.
