**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including configuration, coding, and integration with other systems.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to streamline business processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, system design, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and mobile app development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Professional Experience
- Min. 3 to 5 years working experience in Salesforce with strong focus on Salesforce Sales/Service and Marketing Cloud. Minimum 2 years working experience in Lightning platform.
- Background in CRM process design and implementations.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools.
- Experience in Mobile App Development such as Ionic Capacitor or equivalent
- Strong presentation and communication skills.

Education / Professional Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
