Job Duties- Preparation of various aspects of Budget
- Liaise with Sales Companies on Budget submission
- Evaluate performance on various matrixes through available reports and hold review meetings with relevant parties
- Asset purchase volumes with Supplies based on forecast, sell-out and in-hand to ensure optimum inventory levels
- Preparation of Price List for Sales Companies and Partners upon price changes and other factors that impact costing
- Assess merits of Regional Office price support, period, etc upon receiving request
- Support related activities on Certification, Products, BMC, Vendor and quality matters reported by Sales Companies / Customers including updating HQ after resolution.
- Monitor service performance, charges by 3PL. Ensure inventory level targets are met without excessive non or slow moving items.
- Ensure prompt payment instructions to Finance for Suppliers to avoid shipment suspension.
- Ability to conduct product training. Sufficient knowledge to identify and trouble-shoot problems.
- Conduct regular field intelligence, market survey to have better understanding and to know changes in the competitive landscape.
- Create marketing programs to raise the level of business through technology, kits, schemes to improve efficiencies and productivities of Sales Companies.
- Hold regular meetings/discussion with Sales Companies at various levels.

Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management
- Min 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to work well with mínimal supervision.
