JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To support Digitalisation Transformation team members in the areas of IT / OT cyber
security measures including assessment of project scopes, budgetary and proposal.

To be train to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT security industry, including
awareness of new or revised security solutions, security standards, trends / best
practices, offensive techniques and tools.

Troubleshooting security and network problems.
Plan and deliver training to all employees on Cybersecurity Awareness.
Support / maintenance of ICT infrastructure ( Server, Storage, Network, Backup, Virtual

Platforms, etc ).
Provide remote and onsite helpdesk, end-user computing support to internal users.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma qualifications ( e.g. NIE, SIM, LaSalle-SIA, NAFA ) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Computer Science.
Knowledge in ERP system like Microsoft Navision is an added advantage
