**About the Job**
The IT Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. This position demands a solid technical background, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. **Responsibilities**:

- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
- Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LANs, WANs, VPNs).
- Technical Support: Provide end-user support and resolve IT issues.
- Security Management: Implement security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Project Management: Participate in IT projects and collaborate with other departments.
- Documentation: Maintain IT documentation and create user guides.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications: CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, etc., are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT engineering, network administration, and technical support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
- Added Advantage: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Arduino, and ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
