Provide oversight and technical support to Greater China and as needed across APAC Longtail
**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Multinational Claims client relationship management
Support Underwriters, Global Client Executives, and Asian Country Claims managers acquire and retain profitable, multinational accounts.
Act as or effectively delegate Claims’ single point of contact for key major account and multinational clients.
Ensure that multinational clients’ claims service needs are fully met.
Attend client claims stewardship meetings.
Monitor claims service performance both at account and portfolio level.
Provide marketing support.
Supporting Asia Client Advisory Board activities.
Develop, agree, and document claims service protocols at account level.
Multinational program implementation and maintenance
Support successful multinational program implementation and service delivery.
Support producing offices implement and maintain complex multinational programs.
Act as Asia’s point of contact for inbound Claims questions from other COG regions and/or Chubb NA implementing new insurance programs.
Act as reviewer of all non-standard Claims Bulletins on MAX.
Where required, support in-country teams to prepare and collate loss reports.
Collaborate with Global Services and Network Partner Management teams in Asia to improve data quality and customer experience for multinational clients.
Multinational Claims service delivery
Point of contact for COG regions and Chubb USA for all service level escalations.
Attending Multinational Claims Group meetings as Asia delegate.
Providing project management support on all central COG team projects and initiatives.
Oversight and technical support to Greater China and as needed across APAC Longtail
Provide Financial Lines Regional oversight and technical support of China, Taiwan and Hong Kong within $2.5m.
Provide other support to Longtail lines as required including implementation of Digital claims solutions and process enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
Education
Diploma or Degree qualification or equivalent;
Years of experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience handling Multinational insurance claims.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling/supervising Longtail Claims, preferably with experience in Greater China.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Has the flair to work in a people-oriented environment dealing with clients, brokers and intermediaries.
Customer focused, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communicator with effective negotiation skills.
