- Drive the growth of international products with effective advertising and achieve product DAU and ROI goals.
- Cooperate with various advertising channels, such as GG/FB/AdNetworks to tap into channel capabilities and improve advertising efficiency.
- Explore growth methods such as user install/retention/recall/multi-platform/traffic flow to create comprehensive growth opportunities for each business.
- From the perspective of UG's mid-platform, cooperate with Paid ads/R&D/Data teams to empower growth of the entire business line.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, 3-6 years of work experience in tech industry with data/product/operations, and/or advertising experience.

- Familiar with ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, AdNetwork, etc., have in-depth understanding of App and Web ad data acquisition and attribution methods, can strategize growth plans based on attribution and value acquisition for products in different growth stages.
- Understand channel functions and capabilities, plan and execute test experiments in cooperation with mid-platform Product/R&D/Data team, proven ability to verify and optimize ad efficiency, have deep understanding of multi-touch attribution, cannibalization optimization, and marginal revenue, etc.
- Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills; maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness, and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges.
- Business proficiency in English.
