**Job role description**:

- Involve in complete spectrum of product development process.
- Perform market research to strategize, set design direction & align business plans.
- Produce sketches, clay models, 2D & 3D data & rapid prototype along development progress.
- Discuss & negotiate to balance Design & Engineering & Business intent.
- Issue documentations for prototyping till mass production.
- Follow up to make sure designs are well delivered & produced as intended.
- Responsible to keep track of schedule, milestone along development progress.
- Opportunity to travel to Japan for training / project purposes (If required)

**We are looking for**:

- Diploma / Degree in Product & Industrial Design.
- 2-4 years of work experience, a plus with experience in full product development process.
- Skillsets requirement

Adobe AI & PS, Direct &/or Parametric 3D (Rhino3D / CREO / NX),

Sketching, Model making, Research, Good communication.
- Good to have experiences manufacturing processes & design for manufacturing.
- Good to have experiences in Design Thinking methodologies.
- Able to perform work independently with minimum guide.
- Self-driven, creative problem solver & passionate in design.
