Ui/ux Designer

Our Singapore Studio is looking for a highly motivated mid-level UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet our client’s needs. You will combine compelling interfaces and user flows to enhance the user experience. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary design team alongside 3D exhibition and graphic designers; having a great attitude and being a team player and intuitive people skills are a must this role. We are seeking a self-starter able to take command of their work from start to finish; the willingness to combine conceptual thinking with the crafting of the work itself, whilst constantly pushing to employ best design practices for our clients.

**The Role**
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary design studio and with external contractors (including 3D/Environmental designers, visual designers, content designers, film directors & motion designers, and software developers)
- Be the bridge between physical and digital. Translate concepts into tangible visuals, spatial, and technical requirements.
- Deliver compelling UX design on projects. Work as part of a team under the supervision of a senior designer/director to deliver user experience design for a variety of interactive experiences including screen-based onsite experiences, gesture/voice-based experiences, interactive sculptural installations, AR/VR storytelling, and web and mobile app design.
- Find the best tools to prototype at different stages of the creative process
- Propose innovative ideas for our clients based on cutting edge technology and find new and creative ways to give the end-user a compelling experience.
- Brainstorm and design concepts for interactive and immersive experiences.
- Create visitor journey maps and service design elements
- Create flowcharts and schematic designs of interactive experiences
- Create detailed wireframes for interactive experiences
- Be the user experience advocate in the studio; communication of ideas and presentation skills required working with clients.

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years graduate-level education in the UX or UX-related field
- At least 5 years professional experience performing UX for content-driven design

**Experience**

Your portfolio must demonstrate experience, potential and/or ability to;
- perform UX capability within the context of interpretive museum and interpretive experience design; to collaborate with content strategists to develop information architecture and content hierarchies
- design for responsive displays and integrated technologies in a physical space
- co-design, brainstorm and ideation sketching including use of collaborative tools such as Figma, Google Jamboard or Miro
- demonstrate proficiency in creating wire frames at varying levels of fidelity with software including Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- ability to produce Interaction design prototypes using software such as Figma, InVision or Adobe AfterEffects.
- proven experience designing and facilitating user research and testing for the purposes of guiding design development and technical implementation
- experience in developing and maintain documentation to communicate design features to software developers
