**Job Scope**:
As a Customer Engagement Representative - Interior Design, you will play a crucial role in promoting our interior design services within the Home Living store environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers who are interested in house renovation and collect their details for our sales consultants. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will create a positive first impression, and your passion for interior design will help spark customer interest. Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively approach and engage with Home Living store visitors to identify potential customers interested in house renovation projects.
- Initiate conversations to determine customer interest in interior design services and house renovation.
- Collect customer details and project requirements using a Google Form for further follow-up by our sales consultants.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our interior design services, pricing, and packages to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries about our services and the house renovation process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure booth setup and readiness, including opening and closing tasks as per assigned shifts.
- Maintain a tidy and organized booth appearance to create an attractive and welcoming environment for potential customers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for interior design and home renovation projects.
- Strong ability to engage with diverse customers and initiate conversations.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in collecting accurate customer information.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a team player.
- Flexible with working hours, including shifts that align with Home Living store operation times.
