**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- To manage the maintenance of various buildings and other facilities under the group of Companies
- To oversee, procurement and execution related to upgrading & asset enhancement works including obtaining the required permits and approvals
- Implementation of preventive, maintenance programme and defects liability management (DLP)
- Manage the fault reporting system with daily building repair works
- Prepare maintenance budget for approval by Management
- To conduct facilities management site audit on a routine schedule and submit audit report
- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements for building and site operations
- To submit monthly report to the Management
- Any other duties as assigned by your immediate Superior, HOD including any related matters not mentioned above
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Facility/Building/Project Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates or those without experience may be considered
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction or facilities operations management
- Possess hands-on experience in Facilities Management, Project or Maintenance Operations
- Familiar with Environmental Pollution Act, Safety and MOM requirements
- Team-orientated, attentive to details and have good administrative skills
