As a Facilities Manager (Total Water Management), Your job purpose and resposibilities is / to:

- Be an Overall in-charge of the Site Ultrapure Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant
- Be Responsible to manage operation and maintenance of Ultrapure Water, Water reclamation and Waste water treatment System
- Be Responsible to manage the disposal of hazardous substances
- Provides day-to-day leadership and works with team to ensure a high performance work environment and adhering the quality standard set
- Develop strategy, planning and execution of Water Conservation program.
Execute expansion project to support Fab Ramp-up
- Conduct review of Facility Robustness Methodology (FRM) study and implement robustness improvement to maintain redundancy and capacity of utilities system.
- Direct and drive cost optimization programs through the development and management of utility reduction initiatives, process optimization, productivity improvement
- Interface with ST Front-End Operations worldwide for mutual benchmarking, exchange and support
- Lead and inspire the team toward the Lean Culture Change

**Profile**:
You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
Bachelor Degree / post graduate qualification in appropriate field of study with at least 7-10 years relevant work experience
Experienced in Semiconductor industry with proven working experience in project management in facilities infrastructure
Familiar with ISO Auditing requirements
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
