**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, professional content.
Enhance video quality, including color correction, sound editing, and special effects.
- **Motion Graphics Design**:Create compelling motion graphics elements such as animated titles, infographics, and transitions.
Utilize motion graphics to enhance storytelling and deliver clear, impactful messages.
- **Social Media Content**:Adapt video content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Ensure all videos meet platform-specific requirements such as format, duration, and aspect ratio.
Stay updated with the latest trends and features in social media to create on-trend content.
- **Creative Development**:Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects.
Develop and pitch creative ideas for new video and animation projects.
- **Post-Production**:Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other elements to enhance the final product.
Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for various platforms.
- **Project Management**:Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Organize and maintain a library of video and animation assets for future use.
- **Innovation and Trends**:Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation.
Implement new tools and methods to improve video production quality and efficiency.
- **Collaboration**:Work with marketing, social media, and other departments to create content for campaigns, advertisements, and online platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Advanced skills in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender).
- Familiarity with audio editing software and techniques.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for various platforms.

**Social Media Expertise**:

- Familiarity with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for social media video content.
- Experience in creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video platforms.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, color, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills for interpreting and presenting creative ideas.
