You will support the department’s expansion of formal education qualification work and establish framework for oversight of all formal education collaboration and partnerships between institutes of higher learning (IHLs) and internal stakeholders.
You will work with IHLs to understand learning needs and teaching deliverables within the academic context and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to determine course feasibility and scope curriculum and assessment frameworks based on healthcare needs and qualification standards.
You will provide administrative support to guide internal stakeholders on costing standards, contractual agreements, focus group coordination and programme refinements entailing teaching methodologies, assessment structures, evaluation frameworks and other administrative requirements necessary for course development and inception.
You will facilitate any external training requests leading to formal certifications and work with relevant stakeholders to fulfil training requirements, formalise contractual agreements, costing standards and manage billing and staff honorarium matters, with proper documentation for audit trail.
You will manage the collation of teaching hours, programme data and feedback received, for reporting to HODs at financial year-end.
You will support in designing, implementing and reviewing initiatives to foster closer educational collaboration across disciplines, as well as encourage mindshare to catalyse innovation.
You will support the development of the online training resource repository through environmental scans and by working closely with different stakeholders such as representatives from IT, Learning & Development (HR) and IMH trainers and ensure that all training materials are promptly and properly archived.
**Requirements**:
- Degree Holder with at least 2-3 years working experience
- Work experience in healthcare / hospital/ education industry will be an added advantage
- Tech savvy, pro-active, resourceful and wiling to learn
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, reliable and adaptable to change
- Able to multi-task and work independently within a tight timeframe
- Committed team player, empathetic and able to work with others to achieve department’s goals
