Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform-related problems.
- Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
- Perform service requests related to client platforms.
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
- Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.

**Requirements**:

- Nitec/Higher Nitec / Diploma in an IT-related discipline
- Excellent technical support skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English
- At least 2 years enterprise desktop support experience in Microsoft Windows / Windows XP,10, Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, Windows 7, 10, Symantec Ghost/ Cloning Tool
- A good team player with good communication skills
