- Serve as a strong and resourceful leader: able to craft creative solutions with changing business needs and resources
- Translating product technical jargon into consumer-friendly sales training content enabling our sales team to recommunicate easily
- Drive in-class & in-store field training sessions with engaging methodologies and interactive learning experience in both classroom and digital training.
- Implementation of tools to effectively measure impact of training. Build data tracking, reporting and governance with key metrics/KPIs for all training initiatives

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
