**MAIN PURPOSE**

The key role of the Regional Training Manager is to define and implement the Training Strategy for Jaeger-LeCoultre within the Maison’s strategic business plan to nurture service excellence and enhance client experience in the boutiques. Support learning and development initiatives to grow the teams in line with our vision and mission.

The main goals include:

- Delivering the Maison, product and service trainings to the team
- Promoting service excellence in our boutiques
- Developing technical and soft skilsl of the team to be successful in delivering client services
- Grow a strong culture in line with our vision and mission

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **ANALYZE TRAINING NEEDS AND DESIGN TRAINING STRATEGY / TRAINING PLAN**
- Partner with key stakeholders to assess training needs based on market set skill levels and business goals to design and implement a wholistic training strategy
- Align Regional Training Strategy with Global Training Strategy
- Build trust and develop relationships and synergies with stakeholders: a strong line of communication and constant collaboration to create win - win partnerships
- Participate and influence in the creation of content, create regional initiatives
- Serve as a strong and resourceful leader: able to craft creative solutions with changing business needs and resources
- Growing expertise in categories
- Promote regional learning and drive best practices sharing
- **IMPLEMENT TRAINING PLAN & PROGRAMS, COACH RETAIL TEAMS**
- Localize and roll out global training modules directly and indirectly to target audiences, consistent with Maison’s DNA and values
- Conduct sales coaching for Boutique Managers, Supervisors and Retail teams
- Engage with Boutique teams to create affinity and attachment with the Maison
- Nurture a culture of learning throughout the region through a blended approach
- **ANALYSE, MEASURE ROI, AND FOLLOW-UP TRAINING PLAN**
- Ensure service excellence across the markets through monitoring and driving focus on excellence KPI
- Develop and follow-up training performance indicators (quantitative and qualitative, short term & long-term), and measure the efficiency of the training sessions through regular assessments
- Modify programs as needed and propose subsequent actions
- Propose and manage annual training budgets, with monthly follow-up (track and monitor)

**PROFILE & COMPETENCIES**
- Preferred degree in business management, education, psychology or relevant studies
- Strong business acumen with field coaching experience in luxury retail industry
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program delivery and content development
- Knowledge of and ease with digital learning
- Strong delivery skills for sales, product, people management programs
- Passion for people development
- Creative and innovative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaborator and team player
- Solution-oriented approach, effective time management, flexibility and willing to travel
- Fluent in English
